The Metamora Village Park Event Board was dedicated in memory of Willis Ramoley in 1988. Mr. Ramoley who died in February of 1988 was in charge of concerts in the park for many years. He also designed and landscaped some of the shrub and flower beds we see in the park today.

This photo was taken in 2001 shortly after the terrorist attack on September 11^th.
